My name is Ignatius Virgilio Corgiolu are Italian is I bought a piece of agricultural land in Romania, I want to sell.
The price I have asked to € 2000 hectare.

Sell plot of land in Romania Dolj province town of Craiova.
This is a plot of land of 526 hectares, flat, geographically located in a highland not flooded, ranked first in quality. Ideal for growing frumentizia (wheat, much turkish etcc ...) All the documents are in order and charge municipal property tax is paid until alo December 2008.
The land is registered to a single personagiuriudica (real estate company UNIPERSONALE) of which I am associated is the only that the administrator, I am an Italian citizen who make investments in Romania for 13 years, the transfer of ownership can be done immediately.
Inside the package property described above is also a plot of land of 10,000 sqm plot with approved project for the construction of a warehouse of 3500 square meters and silos for the collection of the product.
Inside the ground there are numerous water wells and irrigate become easy, also the land border with a huge natural lake, fed in turn from 6 natural water sources.
